DESIGN THE LEARNING
Choose the appropriate route
Learning with workplace application
Build a programme around the relevant qualification, workplace context and evidence requirements. Duration and delivery depend on the approved learning plan.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Discuss whether existing experience could support an RPL route. Eligibility, evidence requirements and assessment are qualification-specific; certification is not automatic.
Qualification-specific assessment
Occupational and legacy qualifications have different learning and assessment arrangements. Agree the appropriate workplace requirements, assessment route and programme schedule for your chosen qualification.
